About me:
I am a dual BACP and UKCP registered therapist and clinical supervisor, working with children, adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience across the mental health sector, offering individual therapy for all ages, parent support, and systemic consultancy for professional care networks.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed and grounded in psychodynamic thinking. I believe psychological wellbeing is shaped by our histories, relationships and environments, and I aim to offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where these experiences can be understood and worked through.
What I offer:
- For individuals and parents: I provide a safe, confidential space for adults and children navigating trauma, anxiety and relational difficulties. I also facilitate reflective parent groups to support families in building stronger emotional bonds.
- For psychotherapists and counsellors: I offer professional clinical supervision, available individually or in groups, with flexible options for online or face-to-face sessions.
- For organisations and care teams: I provide specialist clinical supervision and reflective practice groups for frontline professionals, particularly within Looked After Children (LAC) residential environments, supporting teams to process vicarious trauma and build long-term resilience.
Whether you are looking for personal healing, group therapy, professional clinical supervision, or psychological support for a residential care team, I offer a warm, ethical and thoughtful space to help you feel supported and understood.
